Standard Shipping
For delivery within Australia, standard shipping is A$10 for General items, with free standard shipping on eligible orders of A$68.99 or more. Small Items standard shipping is A$4.95, with free standard shipping on eligible orders of A$69 or more. The shipping charge for your order is shown at checkout. International shipping rates vary by destination and weight and are shown at checkout.
Express Shipping
For eligible deliveries within Australia, Express Shipping is A$16. Available shipping options are shown at checkout.
Shipping Process
All our orders are dispatched through Australia Post or selected courier companies to ensure efficient delivery across various locations. We strive to process and ship most orders within 48 hours, contingent on product availability. Please be aware that orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Delivery to regional areas may take longer. Please refer to the estimate for your selected shipping option.
Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, the current standard shipping estimates within Australia are 2 to 10 business days for General items and 2 to 16 business days for Small Items, depending on your location. These estimates match our current shipping option labels. Please remember that shipping and delivery occur only on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding significant holidays).

Important Considerations
Shipping schedules serve as guidelines and are subject to change. Our online orders are processed and shipped from Melbourne, VIC, adhering to any VIC public holidays.
