Return and Refund

Money Back Guarantee & Refunds

IODA Online will not exchange or refund goods unless they were damaged or faulty when purchased. If you have simply changed your mind or wish to cancel your order and want a refund, a 15% restocking fee is applicable (goods must be unopened, undamaged and unused including packaging) alternatively we can provide a store credit for the full value of your purchase. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on any 'wet products' i.e. Shampoo, conditioner and treatment. IODA brands offers a money back guarantee on the authenticity of every product we sell; we only sell genuine products with a full manufacturer’s warranty.

If you wish to return something you must contact us within 48hrs of receiving your purchase. 

It is your obligation to pack returned products satisfactorily so that they arrive back with all seals intact. Any Product that arrives back damaged, leaked, opened or used will simply be returned back to you.

There is no refund of freight charges on delivery and return of goods will be at buyer’s expense. All returns must be with in 14 days of purchase. 

Stock

IODA Brands will always endeavour to keep stock levels of all items to an acceptable level however we from time to time become out of stock of some products. The general delay is usually only 3 - 5 days.

Goods Damaged in Transit 

At IODA Brands Online, we ensure all products leave our facility in perfect condition. However, if any items are damaged during transit, please reach out to us to arrange for a replacement.

Liability 

When placing an order, it is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery address information. If the parcel is to be delivered to a business address, please ensure the company name is included. Should the details you provide be incorrect or incomplete, IODA Brands will not assume liability for the cost of re-sending the goods. The buyer will need to either arrange for collection or cover the additional freight cost to have the stock resent. Unless your chosen postage option includes insurance, we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage during delivery, or for delays, as these are managed by Australia Air Express. Deliveries can take up to 14 days, though we aim to deliver sooner whenever possible. If there is a delay, please note that this does not signify a breach of our agreement and does not warrant order cancellation. We will not be liable for any loss or damage that occurs after delivery, including items that are stolen, lost, or damaged. We are committed to following up on any missing or lost parcels with Australia Post or other courier services on your behalf and will do everything possible to resolve such issues. Please note, large international orders may incur customs charges, and it is your responsibility to investigate these potential charges before placing an order with us.

Method of Refunds 

IODA Brands will process refunds through the original payment method used for the purchase. Once approved, refunds will be completed within 72 hours.
