Standard Shipping

We offer a flat rate of $10 for all orders under $59. Enjoy free standard shipping on orders above $59.

Express Shipping

For expedited delivery, opt for our Express Shipping service at $15.00. Orders over $150 qualify for free Express Shipping.

Shipping Process

All our orders are dispatched through Australia Post. We aim to process and ship most orders within 48 hours, contingent on product availability. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, delivery times range from 1 to 6 business days, determined by your location and chosen shipping method. Please remember that shipping and delivery occur only on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding significant holidays).

Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with tracking information. To monitor your order status, simply log in to your account or click on the provided link in the email.

Important Considerations

Shipping schedules serve as guidelines and are subject to change. You might encounter extended delivery times during peak shopping periods (e.g., Cyber Weekend Sales), due to inclement weather, or due to other unforeseen issues with Australia Post or Startrack that are beyond IODA Brands' control. Our online orders are processed and shipped from Melbourne, VIC, adhering to any VIC public holidays.
