IODA reserves the right to change any price at which we offer our products or services and to correct any errors in pricing contained on our web site. While we fully honour all of our commitments, IODA Online shall have no liability for any such changes and/or errors and we are not bound to fulfil orders at outdated or erroneous prices.

Price Match

On IODA stocked items, we'll beat any competitor advertised price for the exact product and size being advertised. The offer must be current and proof of the offer must be provided. Some conditions apply and we reserve the right to withdraw the price matching offer at any time.

Account and Registration

When you register, you are responsible for your password and account access. You are responsible for all actions that occur under your account and password.

Once IODA deliver your purchase to the shipping company, the risk of loss and title of your purchase (responsibility) transfers to the shipping company.

Stock

Whilst IODA endeavour to have ample levels of stock at all times, we do sometimes become out of stock of some products. In this case you will be emailed and informed of the expected delay. The general delay is usually only 3 - 5 days.
