IODA Online will not exchange or refund goods unless they were damaged or faulty when purchased. If you have simply changed your mind or wish to cancel your order and want a refund, a 15% restocking fee is applicable (goods must be unopened, undamaged and unused including packaging) alternatively we can provide a store credit for the full value of your purchase. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on any 'wet products' i.e. Shampoo, conditioner and treatment. IODA Online offers a money back guarantee on the authenticity of every product we sell; we only sell genuine products with a full manufacturer’s warranty.
If you wish to return something you must contact us within 48hrs of receiving your purchase.
It is your obligation to pack returned products satisfactorily so that they arrive back with all seals intact. Any Product that arrives back damaged, leaked, opened or used will simply be returned back to you.
There is no refund of freight charges on delivery and return of goods will be at buyer’s expense. All returns must be with in 14 days of purchase.
Product warranties are held with the manufacturers with a minimum 12 months. All electrical repairs carry a back to manufacturer warranty. The cost in returning the item to us so that we can do this will be at your expense. In some cases you will need to deal directly with the manufacturer, in which case we can provide you with all contact details.
IODA Online will always endeavour to keep stock levels of all items to an acceptable level however we from time to time become out of stock of some products. From time to time suppliers will also run out of stock and may not provide us with an estimated date or time of restocking the item. In both cases you will be emailed and informed of the expected delay. The general delay is usually only 3 - 5 days.
IODA Online will make sure that all goods leaving our premises do so in perfect condition however if they are damaged in transit please contact us to organise a replacement.
At the time of ordering, it is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details. If you are having your parcel delivered to a business address, you must include the company name. If for whatever reason the details you supply to us are incorrect or incomplete, IODA Online will not be liable for the re-sending of goods charge. The buyer must either organise pick up or forward the relevant freight cost to IODA Online prior to the stock being resent. Unless your postage option includes insurance we will not accept liability for any loss or damage during delivery or arising from a late delivery as this is handled by
IODA Online will refund you through your original payment method. All approved refunds will be made within 72hrs of approval.
IODA reserves the right to change any price at which we offer our products or services and to correct any errors in pricing contained on our web site. While we fully honour all of our commitments, IODA Online shall have no liability for any such changes and/or errors and we are not bound to fulfil orders at outdated or erroneous prices.
